Shipping policy

For domestic orders over $99, delivery is free! You may anticipate receiving your purchase in the mail in three to seven business days after placing it. Please be aware that during sales or the launch of new products, processing times may change. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your purchase ships. Please be aware that the tracking number may not appear in our carrier system for one to two business days. 

The shipping address supplied must be accurate and secure, and that is the customer's obligation. For shipping information supplied erroneously or for packages left at a dangerous or unreliable delivery address and missing, we shall not be held responsible. Any packages that are returned to the sender because of delivery problems must be paid for by the client. 

 

International Shipping  

Packages are sent exclusively from Calgary. Customs, tariffs, and other costs may apply to international deliveries; these are not covered by our shipping cost and must be paid for by the client. 

 

PREORDERS 

Preorders will be delivered according to the receipt order. Each product's information section will include an approximate shipment date. Please be aware that these are only estimations and are subject to change at any time. 

 When the entire package is dispatched, the products in your order that are marked as "preorder" will be shipped as soon as they become available.  

 We advise placing two separate orders if you want your shipment to be expedited. A pre-order section and an in-stock section.
